Your Questions, Answered

  • I offer online therapy for individuals, couples, and parents navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, or relationship challenges, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your feelings and build the tools you need to feel more balanced and confident.

  • Getting started is easy — you can fill out the contact form on my website or send me an email at Katie@iammoorellc.com to schedule a consultation call. Consultation calls are an important first step because therapy is relational — it’s all about the connection between you and your therapist. This call gives us a chance to talk about your goals, see if my approach is the right fit, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported before beginning sessions. My goal is always to help you find the best possible fit so therapy can be effective and meaningful from day one.

  • What makes me different is that I show up as a real, present human in the therapy room. You’re not getting a blank‑slate therapist who sits silently and leaves you guessing. I believe therapy is a collaborative, relational process, and that healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and engaged with.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful reflection into our work together. I’ll ask meaningful questions, offer insight when it’s helpful, and walk alongside you as we make sense of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, relationship challenges, or personal transitions, my goal is for therapy to feel supportive, grounding, and deeply human — not clinical or distant.

  • You can contact me via email: katie@iammoorellc.com, or by phone: (706) 719-7454. I will return your email/call within 24 hours.

  • My private pay session rates are:

    • $200 for intakes

    • $150 for couples

    • $125 for individual

For insurance, I currently accept Cigna and Aetna.

A limited number of reduced-fee or alternative-rate options may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on provider availability.

  • Yes! I offer secure online therapy sessions so you can access support from the comfort of your home anywhere in Georgia. Telehealth works just like in-person therapy — we meet virtually through a private, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and internet connection.

Telehealth is safe, confidential, and convenient, making it easier to fit therapy into your life, whether you’re caring for a newborn, balancing work, or managing other responsibilities. For perinatal clients, I welcome babies or children under 2 being present during sessions if that works for you — there’s no need to stress about finding childcare.

During our sessions, we focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, addressing your goals, and helping you feel supported, just as you would in an in-person session.
